Liz Teague took over the head coaching responsibilities for the cheerleading and STUNT programs at Davenport in July 2025.
The Panthers were able to secure the G-MAC regular season (10-0) and tournament titles in her first year at the helm. The STUNT team would also place third in Division II at nationals.Â
Teague came to DU from Siena Heights University, where she served as the head coach of the cheer and dance teams for four seasons. She was also the head coach for the Saints' first STUNT season in school history (2025).Â
She was a part of the Saints cheer program beginning in 2013, when she was a student-athlete on the squad. Upon her graduation in 2017, she became a graduate assistant until 2020. She spent one season (2020-21) as the assistant coach before transitioning into the interim head coach role the ensuing season.
