(2023-24) Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence team...ran a personal best of 40:34.17 in the 10,000 meters at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships and placed 13th overall...ran a personal best of 18:58.96 in the 5,000 meters and placed sixth at the GVSU Early Meet (Apr. 5).

(2022-23) Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence team...ran a 19:56.65 in the 5,000 meters at the SVSU Jet's Pizza Invitational on Jan. 27-28...ran a PR of 19:27.49 in the 5,000 meters at the GLIAC Indoor Championships...finished 13th in the 10,000 meters at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships in a PR time of 41:18.27.

(2021-22) Earned a personal best for the 1,500 meters of 5:26.64 at the Spartan Invite on Apr. 1...at the Jim Vargo recorded a personal best for the 5,000 meters of 20:37.69 on Apr. 8...ran a 21:10.03 in the 5,000 meters at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships.

High School: Prepped at Belding under head coach John Carlson...ran a personal best of 1:09 in the 400 meters, 2:40 in the 800 meters, 5:56 in the 1,600 meters, 13:49 in the 3,200 meters, and 20:40 in the 5,000 meters...named first team all-conference as a junior and senior in cross country.
