2024-25: Established a season best of 11:55.40 in the 3,000 meters at the GVSU Big Meet (Feb. 15) ... ran a 5:43.19 mile at the GVSU Tune-Up (Feb. 21) ... placed ninth in the DMR at the GLIAC Indoor Championships (13:50.20) ... set a PR of 2:40.12 in the 800 meters at the GVSU Early Meet (Apr. 4-5) ... ran in the 1,500 prelims at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships (5:12.74).

High School: Prepped at Allendale (Falcons) under head coach Chad Meyer and Taylor Evans in track and field...also competed in cross country under head coach Taylor Evans...ran a 5K PR of 18:54 which was sixth-best in Allendale history...set a season record in the 800 meters (2:44.89) on Apr. 30, 2024 at Unity Christian...had a personal best of 5:48.82 in the 1,600 meters at the OK Blue Championships on May 10, 2024...three-time all-conference pick...three-time academic all-conference member...graduated with high honors.
