DU Highlights:
(2023-24): Became a First Team All-American in the outdoor shot put with a seventh-place finish (57' 10.5") at the NCAA DII Championships...finished fourth in the shot put (56' 8.5") and discus (158' 7") at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships...set a personal record in the shot put of 58' 11.25" and finished second at the GVSU Extra Weekend Meet (Apr. 25)...set a personal record in the discus (165' 6") and placed sixth at the GVSU Early Meet (Apr. 6)...qualified for the NCAA DII Indoor Championships and placed 12th in the shot put (55' 11.25")...claimed third place in the shot put (56' 8.75") at the GLIAC Indoor Championships.

(2022-23): Finished fourth in the shot put at the GVSU Bob Eubanks Open (43' 10.5")...had a personal best in the weight throw and placed 10th at the Lewis Invitational (48')...finished eighth in the shot put (48') and ninth in the weight throw (47' 4.5") at the GLIAC Indoor Championships...claimed fourth place in the discus at the Spartan Invite (146' 8")...had a personal best in the discus (151' 7") at the Davenport Tune Up and finished third...also finished second at that event in the shot put (50' 6.75")...nailed down fourth place in the discus at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships (148' 7").

(2021-22): Competed in the GVSU Bill Clinger Classic, earning a first place finish in the Shot Put (13.89m)...finished second in the finals of the Weight Throw at the GVSU Bill Clinger Classic (14.44m)...recorded a PR in the Hammer Throw at the Spartan Invite (45.70m)...recorded another PR in the Discus Throw the next weekend at the Jim Vargo Invitational (42.11m)... recorded another PR in Shot Put the next weekend at the BSU - We Fly Challenge (14.97).

(2020-21): Competed in the GLIAC Indoor Track & Field Championships and finished in the top fifteen in Shot put (12.93m)...competed in the GLIAC Indoor Track & Field Championship and finished in the top twenty in the Weight Throw (13.97m)...placed in the top fifteen at the GLIAC Outdoor Track & Field Championship in the Discus throw competition (38.94m)...finished in the top twenty at the GLIAC Outdoor Track & Field Championship in the Hammer throw (42.22m)

High School: Prepped at Burris Laboratory School (Ind.) under coach Dave Harman...set high school record for discus (153’ 1”) and shot put (48’ 8.5”) as a junior...State Qualifier in the Discus and finished 13th as a junior...State Regional Qualifier in the Shot Put as a junior...PAAC Conference Champion in the Discus as a sophomore and junior....State Sectional Champion in the Discus as a sophomore and junior...PAAC Conference Champion in the shot put as a freshman and sophomore...State Sectional Champion in the shot put as a freshman and a sophomore...PAAC all-conference soccer goalie as a freshman and a sophomore...IHSSA Soccer Sportsmanship Award as a senior...Mental Attitude Award in soccer as a senior.
