(2021-22). Took home first place at the Hall of Fame Classic for the 600 of 1:24.66 on Feb.4...Recorded a personal record at the 2022 GLIAC Indoor Championships for the 400-meter run of 50.87 on Feb.26...

(2020-21). Ran 2:03.83 in the 800 meters at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships...ran a leg on the 4x400 relay which finished sixth in the same meet...placed third in the 800 meters (2:01.55) at the Davenport Panther Classic.

(2019-20). A member of the 4x400 meter relay team that finished seventh at the GLIAC Indoor Championships (3:22.78)...finished fifth and set a personal best in the 400 meters (51.56) at the GVSU Tune-Up on Feb. 21...won the 600 meters at the Grand Rapids Sports Hall of Fame Classic (1:27.43).

High School: Prepped at Kingsley High School under coach Ron Hessem...personal best of 50.86 seconds in the 400 meter...personal best of 1:57.20 in the 800 meter...broke the school record in the 800 meter and 4x400 meter as a junior...broke the school record 400 meter and the 4x800 meter as a senior...all-state in the 800 meter twice...all-state in the 4x400 meter and 4x800 meter once...all-state academic twice...all-conference three times.
