DU Highlights 
(2023-24): Member of the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence team...named to the CSC Academic All-District team...holds the school record for the 3,000 meters indoors (10:13.98) set at the GLIAC Championships...holds the school record for 5,000 meters outdoors (17:37.63) set at the GVSU Early Meet...ran a 5:08.18 mile during indoor season and placed ninth at the GVSU Tune Up...took sixth place in the 3,000 steeplechase (11:18.47) and 13th place in the 5,000 meters (18:17.23) at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships.

(2022-23): Established a school record in the 3,000 steeplechase (10:49.95) and won the event at the GVSU Al Owens Classic on Apr. 21...set a new PR in the 800 meters (2:21.10) and 1,500 meters (4:47.16) at the Golden Grizzly Invite on Apr. 8...finished fourth in the 3,000 steeplechase at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships...ran her fastest indoor mile (5:01.21) at the GVSU Big Meet on Feb. 11...placed fourth in the DMR at the GLIAC Indoor Championships (12:09.91) as part of the school record...named to the USTFCCCA Academic All-American team...named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence team.

(2021-22): Ran her personal best for the 800 of 2:23.39 at the Bill Clinger on Jan.28...at the 2022 GLIAC Indoor Championship she ran her personal best for the mile of 5:15.51...at the DU Invite she ran her personal best for the 1500 of 4:47.24 on Apr. 29 finishing second...at the 2022 GLIAC Outdoor Championships, she ran her personal best for the 3,000 steeplechase of 11:21.21 on May 4...also competed at the Oakland Last Chance for a personal best for the 5,000 meters of 18:24.02 on May 12. 

High School: Prepped at Grand Ledge under head coach Fred Hutchinson...scored over 100 points in meets during senior year in track and field...went to the state meet in the 4x400 relay and 4x800 relay...made the top ten list at her high school in four different events...named team MVP in cross country as a junior...most improved in soccer as a sophomore and track and field as a senior...all-state in the 4x800 relay as a senior...named to the Lansing State Journal Dream Team as a senior...selected second team all-conference as a junior and senior in cross country.

Personal: Majoring in biological laboratory science...born on July 2...favorite movie is Sonic.
