DU Highlights
(2023-24): Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence team...set a PR in the 5,000 meters (15:00.97) and finished ninth at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships...set a PR in the 1,500 meters (4:11.19) and finished fourth at the DU Panther Open (Apr. 13)...competed in the 3,000 meters at the GLIAC Indoor Championships and was 11th (8:45).

(2022-23): Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence team...set a PR in the 3,000 meters (8:37.32) and finished 10th at the GVSU Big Meet on Feb. 11...also claimed 10th place in the 3,000 meters (8:49.15) at the GLIAC Indoor Championships...took seventh place in the 5,000 meters with a PR time of 15:02.77 at the GVSU Al Owens Classic.

(2021-22): Competed in the mile at the GVSU Mike Lints Alumni Meet and finished in the top thirty overall while also achieving a personal record (4:37.73)...set a PR in the 1,500 meters at the Spartan Invite (4:17.27)...finished top 20 in the 5,000 meters at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships (16:38.63).


High School: Prepped at Mount Pleasant under head coach Josh Hicks...ran a personal best of 4:36 in the mile...also had a personal best of 10:21 in the 3,200 meters and 16:49 in the 5K...named to the all-academic team for cross country and track as a senior...named team captain twice in cross country...named second team all-conference for the 3,200 meters as a senior...earned varsity letters for three years in cross country...member of the National Honor Society.

Personal: Majoring in sport management...born on May 20...favorite movie is Remember the Titans.
