(2023-24): Competed in the hammer throw with a season-best of 131' 1" at the GVSU Extra Weekend Meet (Apr. 25)...took 12th in the hammer throw at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships (130' 10")...finished 10th in the weight throw (42' 5.25") at the GLIAC Indoor Championships...had a season-best of 47' 8.5" in the weight throw and finished sixth at the GVSU Mike Lints Open (Jan. 20).

High School: Prepped at GR South Christian...had a personal best of 44' 10" in the shot put and 132' in the discus...named all-conference in track and football for the Sailors...named to the Grand Rapids Dream Team on defense...won a state championship in football.

Personal: Majoring in cyber defense...born on February 26...favorite movie is Ready Player One.
