DU Highlights

(2023-24): Member of the GLIAC All-Academic team...established a personal record in the 3,000 steeplechase (9:41.12) and won the event at the DU Panther Classic (Apr. 12)...finished eighth in the 3,000 steeplechase (9:47.36) at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships...ran an indoor personal best of 8:56.21 in the 3,000 meters and finished seventh at the GVSU Mike Lints Open (Jan. 20)...finished ninth in the 5,000 meters (15:16.19) at the GLIAC Indoor Championships.

(2022-23): Member of the GLIAC All-Academic team...set the outdoor school record in the 10,000 meters (31:47.17) at the GLIAC Championships and finished seventh...also placed 10th in the 5,000 meters with a time of 15:29.53 at GLIAC Outdoor Championships...ran a personal best time of 14:53.60 in the 5,000 meters at the GVSU Al Owens Classic on Apr. 21 to set a school record...finished seventh in the DMR (11:04.75) at the GLIAC Indoor Championships.

(2021-22): Finished 7th in the finals at the GVSU Tune-up and recorded a PR (4:43.23)...competed in the GVSU Bob Eubanks Open and finished with a PR and placed 21st overall with a time of 9:06.12...finished in the top 20 at the GLIAC Outdoor Track & Field Championship in the 10,000 meter final (34:01.70)...member of the GLIAC All-Academic team.

(2020-21): Ran the 5,000 meters at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships earning a time of 16:20.07...ran a personal best in the 5,000 meters at the GVSU Extra Weekend Meet with a time of 15:56.16...set a PR in the mile indoors (4:43.23) and was seventh overall at the GVSU Tune-Up.

High School: Ran 16:19 for a personal best in cross country...set the following bests in track and field (1,600 - 4:37 ; 3,200 - 9:48 ; 800 - 2:06)...selected All-State once, All-Conference eight times, All-Region four times, and All-Area twice in track...earned All-State, four-time All-Conference and All-Region nominee, three-time All-Area, and one All-State Dream Team in cross country.
