(2023-24): Ran a personal best in the 10,000 meters (32:37.41) and finished 10th at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships...ran a PR in the 1,500 meters (4:10.41) and finished third at the DU Panther Classic (Apr. 13)...set his PR in the 5,000 meters (14:59.35) at the GVSU Early Meet (Apr. 5).
High School: Prepped at St. Johns for coach Robert Sackrider...ran a personal best in the 5K for cross country of 16:28...had the eighth fastest time in the two-mile at St. Johns (9:51)...voted as MVP of the 2018 cross country season...part of the Division 2 state runner-up in 2020.
