(2023-24): Placed eighth in the 5,000 meters (14.56.82) at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships...finished fifth in the 1,500 meters (4:13.44) at the DU Panther Classic (Apr. 13)...ran a PR of 8:58.62 in the 3,000 meters at the GLIAC Indoor Championships...ran a PR mile of 4:42.63 at the GVSU Tune Up (Feb. 16).
