(2023-24): competed in the 1,500 meters in four outdoor meets with a season best of 5:22.20 at the GVSU Extra Weekend Meet (Apr. 25)...ran the mile indoors during three meets with a season best of 5:50.45 coming at the GVSU Tune Up (Feb. 16)...member of the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence team.

(2022-23): she set a new PR in the mile (5:40.08) at the SVSU Jet's Pizza Invite on Jan. 27-28...during the 2021-22 season ran a personal best of 5:46.65 at the Mike Lints placing 35th...ran a personal best in the 3000 of 11:26.95 at GVSU's meet on Feb.12 taking 44th...taking 18th at the DU invite on Apr. 29 running the 1500 of 5:19.21...at the 2022 GLIAC Outdoor Championship she ran her personal best at the 5000 of 19:45.82. placing 23rd...named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence team. 

High School: Prepped at Central Montcalm under head coaches Kris Kolbe and Jill Tobey...named an all-conference runner and state qualifier in track and field...named a team captain, MVP for cross country, and most outstanding distance runner for track and field...girls track team competed in the MITCA top 10.

Personal: Majoring in nursing...born on July 10...favorite movie is The Notebook.
