In 2019 ran the 1,500 meter in 4:18.97 at the Bellarmine Classic...ran the mile in 4:36.36 at the GVSU Tune-Up...ran the 3,000 meter in 9:27.35 at the GVSU Big Meet Saturday...ran the 5,000 meter in 16:00.78 at the GLIAC Indoor Championships...finished eighth in the 3,000 meter at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships...finished 19th in the 5,000 meter at the GLIAC Indoor Championships.
High School:Â Prepped at Creative Technologies Academy under coach Todd Bowmar...clocked a personal best of 10:24 in the 3,200 meters, 4:43 in the mile, 2:17 in the 800 meters and 56.07 in the 400 meters...named Academic All-State sophomore through senior years...earned All-State for four years...named All-Conference for four years.
