2024-25: Set a new PR in the mile with a time of 4:17.80 at the GVSU Tune-Up...finished fifth in the 800 meters (1:54.89) at the SVSU Jet's Pizza Invitational...ran to an eighth-place finish and a PR in the 800 meters (1:53.67) at the GLIAC Indoor Championship...member of the fifth-place 4x400 relay (3:23.22)...claimed third in the 800 meters (1:55.71) at the GVSU Early Meet...finished second in the 1,500 meters (4:00.53) with a PR at the Davenport Invitational.

High School: Prepped under coaches Josh Reynolds, Chad Ruger, and Matt Wonders...recorded personal best of 16:29 (5K), 4:36 (1600m), and 1:55.98 (800m)...named All-Conference Honorable Mention twice (XC), named All-Conference and All-State in track and field...posted school records in the 800m and 4x400...team won OK Gold and Regionals in 800m, and placed second in 800m and fourth in 4x400 in MHSAA Division II State Championships.
