2024-25: Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence list...set a pair of PR's at the Grand Rapids Sports Hall of Fame Classic in the 200 meters (23.32, 2nd place) and 60 hurdles (9.33, 7th place)...competed in the heptathlon at the SVSU Jet's Pizza Invitational and scored 3,549 points...ran a PR of 7.14 in the 60 dash during that event...finished second in the heptathlon at the GLIAC Indoor Championship with 4,341 points and set a PR in three events - high jump, pole vault, and 1,000 meters...placed third in the decathlon at the Davenport Invitational with 5,927 points and set a PR in three events - javelin, discus, and 110 hurdles...finished third in the decathlon at the GLIAC Outdoor Championship with 5,911 points and set a PR in three events - 100 dash, 1,500 meters, and 400 meters.

High School: Prepped at Clarkston (Mich.) under head coach Tommy Franz...set personal bests in the 400 meters (49.8), 200 meters (22.5), long jump (20' 6"), and javelin (111')...member of the school record 4x200 relay...named to the all-state team in the 4x400 relay...also competed in the decathlon with a high of 5,153 points...team captain for three years and team MVP as a junior and senior...graduated magna cum laude.

Personal: Majoring in occupational therapy...born on May 31...favorite athlete is German decathlete Leo Neugebauer...favorite sports team is the Detroit Red Wings.
