DU Highlights
(2023-24): Member of the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence team...competed in the mile at the GVSU Mike Lints Open and set a PR (7:23.20)...finished seventh in the 800 meters (2:50.90) at the GR Sports Hall of Fame Classic (Feb. 2)...ran a 2:42.50 in the 800 meters at the GVSU Tune Up (Feb. 16).

(2022-23): Set a new personal best in the 1,500 meters (5:53.14) at the Oakland Golden Grizzly Invite on Apr. 8...member of the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence team.

(2021-22): Finished eighth at the GR Sports Hall of Fame Classic in the 800 meters (2:42.96)...ran a personal best in the 800 meters at the GVSU Tune Up on Feb. 18 (2:39.58).

High School: Prepped at Carson City-Crystal under head coach Grant Woodman...ran a personal best of 21:25 in the 5K...ran a personal best of 6:19 in the 1,600 meters and 2:30 in the 800 meters...named academic all-state in cross country and track...named all-conference in cross country and track...as a sophomore named all-state in the 800 meters...cross country team were state qualifiers for three years.
