(2023-24): Established new career bests in the 110 hurdles (15.12) and 400 hurdles (57.97) at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships...placed fifth in the 110 hurdles and sixth in the 400 hurdles at that event...competed in the 60 hurdles at the GLIAC Indoor Championships and was 10th in the prelims (8.9)...ran a PR of 55.12 in the 400 meters at the SVSU Holiday Open (Dec. 2).
(2022-23): Set a new PR in the 400 meter hurdles (59.08) during the prelims at the GLIAC Outdoor Championship...finished seventh in the 110 meter hurdles (15.25) at the GLIAC Outdoor Championship...finished ninth in the prelims of the 60 meter hurdles with a PR of 8.68 at the GLIAC Indoor Championships.
High School: Prepped at Hamilton (Mich.) for Kevin Spotts...named second team All-State in the 110 meter hurdles as a junior as well as All-conference appearances for two straight years.
