DU Highlights
(2023-24): Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence team...set a PR in the mile (5:36.33) and placed fifth at the GR Sports Hall of Fame Classic (Feb. 2)...finished seventh in the DMR at the GLIAC Indoor Championships...ran in the 5,000 meters at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships (18:59.71).

(2022-23): Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence team...set a PR of 10:47.03 in the 3,000 meters at the Lewis Invitational...finished 14th in the 5,000 meters at the GLIAC Indoor Championships (18:33.04)...set a PR of 5:02.95 in the 1,500 meters at the Oakland Golden Grizzly Invite...set a PR of 18:05.86 in the 5,000 meters at the GVSU Al Owens Classic and finished seventh.

(2021-22): Recorded a personal high for the mile of 5:45.40 at the Mike Lints on Jan. 22...at the 2022 GLIAC Indoor Championship for the 3000 of 11:18.69 on Feb. 26...achieved a personal best for the 1500 of 5:13.59 at the Spartan Invite on Apr. 1. 

High School: Prepped at Clare under head coach Kyle McKown...cross country: top five finisher on team all four years, four-year varsity member, personal record of 19:55, four-time state qualifier, helped lead team to a regional championship in 2019 and a pre-regional championship in 2020, three-time academic all-state, second-team all-conference as a sophomore...track & field: four-year varsity member, three-time state qualifier, three-time regional champion, three-time academic all-state, earned all-state honors for the 800 relay as a senior, first-team all-conference as a freshman, junior and senior, three-time MITCA Team State Champions....finished among the top 8 in class academically and named Jack Pine Conference Second-Team All-Academic.

Personal: Majoring in biological laboratory science...born February 19...favorite movie is Me Before You.
