(2023-24): Had a very successful freshman season both indoors and outdoors...ran a PR of 4:29.04 in the mile and placed second at the GR Sports Hall of Fame Classic (Feb. 2)...placed fifth in the DMR with a time of 10:27.86 and set a PR of 8:36.27 in the 3,000 meters at the GLIAC Indoor Championships...ran a PR of 4:07.69 and placed second in the 1,500 meters at the GVSU Al Owens Classic (Apr. 20)...ran a time of 15:39.89 in the 5,000 meters at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships.

High School: Prepped at Hanover-Horton under head coach Dean Blackledge...Cross Country Team State Champions as a freshman...six-time track and field conference champion...named All-State Cross Country and All-State Track and Field three times... career bests in the 1,600 meters with a time of 4:26, 3,200 meters with a time of 9:17 (school record), and 5k time of 16:02 for cross country.

Personal: Majoring in business management...born on February 25...favorite team is the Detroit Lions.
