(2023-24): Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence team...set a PR in the 5,000 meters (18:52.55) in her last collegiate race at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships...ran a PR of 5:04.27 in the 1,500 meters at the GVSU Extra Weekend Meet (Apr. 25)...set a PR in the 3,000 meters (10:54.42) at the GLIAC Indoor Championships.
(2022-23): Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence team...set a PR in the mile (5:28.05) at the SVSU Jet's Pizza Invitational...ran a time of 5:31.60 in the mile at the GLIAC Indoor Championships...set a PR in the 5,000 meters (19:12.40) at the GVSU Al Owens Classic...ran a PR of 5:06.10 in the 1,500 meters at the Davenport Tune Up.
(2021-22): Recorded a personal best for 800 meter run of 2:40.64 on Feb. 4...named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence team.
High School: Prepped at Calvin Christian (Mich.) under coach Lauren Tenkate...ran 19:42 in the 5K for her best time...also had bests in the 3,200 meters (12:05) and 1,600 meters (5:44)...named all-conference all four years in cross country...named academic all-state...team took second place in the state in 2018.
Personal: Majoring in business management...born on January 28...favorite movie is My Girl.
