(2022-23). Ran a personal best in the mile (4:28.48) at the GVSU Tune Up and finished 10th on Feb. 17...placed seventh in the DMR (11:04.75) at the GLIAC Indoor Championships...ran a personal best in the 3,000 steeplechase (10:12.22) at the GVSU Al Owens Classic on Apr. 21...finished 10th in the 3,000 steeplechase (10:16.04) at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships.

(2021-22). Finished with a PR in the 10k at the NCAA Division II Midwest Region Cross Country Championships (34:08.0)...finished second in the Mile at the Grand Rapids Sports Hall of Fame Classic (4:36.73)...competed in 3000 meter race at the GLIAC Indoor Track & Field Championships and finished eleventh overall (8.50.50)...competed in the 10,000 meter race at the Jim Vargo Invitational and finished in the top ten and acheived a personal record. (32:08.93) 

(2020-21). Competed in the GLIAC Indoor Track & Field Championship and ran in the 5,000 meter race earning a top ten finish and a PR (15:18.71)...ran in the 10,000 meter race at the GLIAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships and finished seventh overall (32:17.70) 

(2019-20). Ran in the 5,000 meters during the GLIAC Indoor Championships and set a personal best (15:54.22)...ran a personal best in the mile (4:34.70) at the GVSU Tune Up...placed sixth in the mile at the Grand Rapids Sports Hall of Fame Classic (4:40.30).

High School: Prepped at Sacred Heart Academy under coach Skylar Nelson...ran a personal best in 5K of 16:47...All-State as a junior and senior...First Team All-MSAC twice...Second Team All-MSAC once...team captain as a junior and senior...won State Championships as a junior and runner-up as a senior.

Personal: Majoring in sport management for MBA...favorite movie is The Dark Knight Rises...born on May 1.
