TFRRS Performance List

2024-25: Member of the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence team...ran a PR in the mile with a time of 4:16.96 at the SVSU Jet's Pizza Invitational on Feb. 1...finished fourth in the 800 meters (1:55.95) at the GVSU Early Meet on Apr. 5...ran a PR best of 1:52.98 in the 800 meters at the GLIAC Outdoor Championship and placed eighth.

2023-24: Member of the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence team...ran a personal best of 1:54.18 in the 800 meters and placed eighth at the GVSU Extra Weekend Meet (Apr. 25)...finished 10th in the prelims at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships in the 800 meters (1:55.32)...claimed third place in the 1,500 meters (3:59.26) with a PR mark at the GVSU Early Meet (Apr. 6)...ran a PR of 4:19.32 in the mile and was ninth at the GLIAC Indoor Championships.

2022-23: Did not run during the track season.

High School: Prepped at Kallkaska under head coach Douglas Brown...named Academic All-State for both cross country and track and field...two-time Lake Michigan Conference Champion in cross country (2020, 2021), Lake Michigan All-Conference (2019) and Lake Michigan Honorable Mention All-Conference (2018)....Lake Michigan Conference Champion in the 400 (2022) and Regional Champion in the 400 (Region 22 - 2022)...best times include 51.59 in the 400, 2:02.49 in the 800, 4:38.87 in the 1600, 9:43.72 in the 3200, and 15:49.9 on the cross country course...academically, was a member of the Academic Top 10 and Lake Michigan Conference Top 12.

Personal: Majoring in marketing...born on May 19...favorite team is the Duke Men's Basketball team...favorite athlete is Cooper Flagg.
