2021 (Jr.): Started all 14 of the team's games in 2021...finished among the GLIAC's top 10 in several categories on both sides of the ball including third in free-position goals (12), third in draw controls (78), third in caused turnovers (17), fifth in shots (79), sixth in assists (13), eighth in points (48), eighth in goals (35), and ninth in shots on goal (57)...took home Second-Team All-GLIAC honors...set new career highs in assists, game-winning goals (2) and caused turnovers...tallied multiple goals in all but three games and three or more in seven efforts including four in a row from April 16-25...had two assists in three-straight games, the second against Concordia-St. Paul and the first two against Northern Michigan...nationally, finished 22nd in draw controls per game (5.57) and 49th in free-position goals per game (0.86).

2020 (Jr.): Started all five of the team's games with 10 goals (fourth on the team), two assists, 12 points, 18 shots (tied for fourth), a .556 shot percentage, 17 shots on goal (fourth), a .944 shot on goal percentage (first among the team's main offensive threats), one free-position goal, three free-position shots, five groundballs, five caused turnvoers, and 22 draw controls (second)...four of those 10 goals came in the season opener against Quincy...assisted a goal in each of the final two games...had five shots on goal in the Quincy game as well as the CSU-Pueblo game...named to GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team.

2019 (So.): Played and started in all 17 games...scored 40 goals and 10 assists for a total of 50 points (4th most on the team)...had one game-winning goals and five free-position goals...recorded 23 grounds balls, 14 caused turnovers and 83 draw controls...made the All-GLIAC Second Team...earned GLIAC All-Academic Excellence honors.

2018 (Fr.): Played and started in all 16 games...scored 21 goals and eight assists for a total of 29 points...had 12 grounds balls, won 62 draw controls and caused eight turnovers.

High School: Prepped at Castle View in Colorado...played for Coach Samantha Silverman...scored 85 goals...had 60 assists...scooped up 150 ground balls...Honorable Mention All-League (Freshman)...Second-Team All-League (Sophomore, junior)...First-Team Academic All-League (Junior, senior)...First-Team All-League (Senior)...team qualified for the state tournament for the first time in eight years during senior year.

Personal: Daughter of Karl and Annette Knoll (Sister of alumni Brooke Knoll)...majoring in sport management...favorite movie is Hunger Games...born on December 17.
