2023 (Sr.): Named First Team All-GLIAC in her final season with the Panthers… Finished the season with six goals (career-high) on 11 shots, 35 ground balls (career-high), 13 caused turnovers, and five draw controls… Scored a career-high four goals in a 15-14 loss to Concordia-St. Paul (March 26)... Scored two goals in a senior day victory over Thomas More (April 8)... Picked up four ground balls and caused three turnovers against nationally-ranked Maryville (March 19)... Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team.

2022 (Jr.): Was an Honorable Mention All-GLIAC honoree… Appeared and started in 11 games on the year… Totaled 19 ground balls, nine caused turnovers, and three draw controls… Scored on her only shot attempt of the season in a 24-4 win against Upper Iowa (April 10)... Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team.

2021 (So.): Started all 14 of the team's games in 2021...tallied one goal, one assist, 24 ground balls (tied for third on the team), 13 caused turnovers, and one draw control...that score was the fourth of her career and came on March 28 at Ashland...registered multiple ground balls in nine of the 14 matches including a stretch of six straight from March 28 to April 23...caused two turnovers in three-straight outings from April 3-16...named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team.

2020 (So.): Started all five of the team's games with one goal, three shots, two of which were on goal, one free-position goal on one free-position shot, 17 groundballs (first on the team), 10 caused turnovers (first), and one draw control...scored the lone goal against UCCS on Feb. 24...had two shots in the season finale against Lewis on March 1...eight of those 17 ground balls and half of the caused turnovers came against CSU-Pueblo on Feb. 26...named GLIAC Defensive Player of the Week on March 2.

2019 (Fr.): Played in all 17 games and started in 16...scored two goals and one assist, including one free-position goal...recorded 29 ground balls, caused 16 turnovers and won seven draw controls.

High School: Prepped at Farmington in Minnesota...played for Coach Steph LaCivtoire...All-Conference four times...five time varsity letter winner...finished fourth at the Minnesota State Tournament in 2017...2017 section champions...section runner-ups in 2014, 2015, and 2016.

Personal: Daughter of Mark and Nelly Steffes...majoring in international business...favorite movie is High School Musical 3...born on December 28.
