Veronica Overbook began coaching at Davenport with the women's rugby team in the fall of 2019. More recently, Overbook helped coach the 2023 NIRA DII National Championship team, which also placed third in the CRAA 7s Championships.
Overbeek played her four years of college ball at Davenport, her final season being the 2018-19 run. She helped the team win five national championships while on the team, playing primarily prop, but was also a hooker and a flanker. Overbeek was a Collegiate All-American for 15's in 2019.
Overbeek graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Davenport.
