2018 (Sr.): Appeared in all 16 games recording 16 starts... tallied 1,119 minutes... took 12 shots with seven of them on net (58.3%).

2017 (Jr.): One of six players to participate in all 17 matches and started all but one...scored one goal and had two assists...took 11 shots with five on goal (45.5%)...scored her lone goal at Tiffin University in the GLIAC Quarterfinals...assisted Allison Luurtsema in the game-tying goal vs. Michigan Tech (Sep. 22).

2016 (So.): Played and started in 19 matches...scored one goal and added three assists...took 18 shots with 10 shots on goal (55.6%)...notched her goal against Madonna (Oct. 15) in a 2-0 win...assisted on game-winning goal against No. 5 Northwestern Ohio (Oct. 10).

Prior to DU: Attended Bowling Green State University for one year...saw action in six matches as a freshman for the Falcons…as a defender, saw the pitch in two shutout wins for BGSU on the season...played a season-high 42 minutes against Morehead State (Aug. 28)…also logged 33 minutes in the win at Eastern Michigan (Oct. 29) and 31 minutes of play in the home win over IPFW (Aug. 23).

High School: Prepped at Spring Lake High School...played for coach Jeremy Thelen...a two-time member of the All-District Team in 2013 and 2014…a two-time Lakes 8 All-Conference selection in both 2013 and 2014…led her team to the 2014 Lakes 8 League Championship…team was the 2013 Regional Champions, the 2013 District Champions and the 2013 Lakes 8 League Champions…her 2013 high school squad was also a State Semifinalist…a three-year scholar-athlete…a three-year member of the National Honor Society.

Personal: Daughter of David and Kathy Prout...father played football at Grand Valley State...played club soccer for the Grand Rapids Crew Juniors of the MRL Premier League...team was crowned the Midwest Regional League Premier 1 champions in 2014...majoring in sport management.
