Andy Trapp joined Davenport University men's lacrosse as an assistant coach to start the 2025 campaign as a former student-athlete for the Panthers.
Playing Career
2024 (Gr.):Â Started and played in all 14 games...recorded 27 groundballs (t-fifth most by team) and 11 caused turnovers (t-third most by team)...received Academic All-GLVC honors.
2023 (Sr.): Played seven games and made five starts for DU...recorded two assists, 10 groundballs, and five caused turnovers...named GLVC Academic All-Conference.
2022 (Jr.): Appeared and started in 13 games...accounted for three points on the season with one goal and two assists...caused 21 turnovers including a game-high three against Lake Erie...scooped 28 ground-ball on the season including a game-high six against Hope...named to the Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) All-Academic Team. Â
2021 (So.):Â Played and started in all nine games...named to the GLVC All-Academic Team...compiled one assist and two shots...ranked second on the team with 20 ground-balls...ranked third on the squad with nine caused turnovers.
2020 (Fr.):Â Played and started in all six games...picked up 11 ground balls and tied for team lead with eight caused turnovers.
