Jessica Creamer is coming to Davenport from a career in aerospace to head the brand new women’s ultimate frisbee program starting Fall 2023.

The ultimate frisbee program at Davenport is the first of its kind and is a huge step for this relatively new sport. Creamer has over 20 years of ultimate frisbee experience and has coached at the college, club, and professional level. She has a passion for building opportunities for women in sports and has created several programs over the years, including her women’s college team at Northern Arizona University which is still going strong. Most recently she co-founded and was the owner and general manager for Los Angeles Astra, a professional women’s ultimate frisbee team within the Western Ultimate League. Creamer is excited to build a strong and competitive program at DU.

Off the field, she lives in Grand Rapids with her husband Nick and their three dogs - Jupiter, Murphy, and Obi.
