Ken Gordon serves as the Compliance and Academic Coordinator for the Panther Athletic Department. Ken grew up in Grand Rapids, Michigan with his older brother Jakari and his twin brother Kevin. He graduated from Wyoming Rogers High School. After high school, he went to Kalamazoo Valley Community College to play basketball. Later he transferred to Aquinas College to complete his Bachelors of Arts in Sociology and finish his final two years of basketball.
Some of Ken’s professional career was spent working in the public schools. He spent two years working at the Wyoming Junior High and four years working in Kentwood Public Schools. Over the last two years, Gordon has worked in social services assisting families and helping them learn about resources in the community. Ken owns his own mobile detailing business (K and J Mobile Detailing) and he serves as the Vice President of Sales, Operations and Distribution at Herbal Nutrients Beverages as well.
Ken worked in admissions at Davenport University from June 2022 to September 2022.
