Davenport University Athletics

Lauren Gervais begins her first season as an assistant coach for the Davenport University Women's Golf program in 2026-27 after completing a four-year playing career with the Panthers from 2022-2026. During her playing career, she played a strong role in the program, holding the Davenport records for career scoring average (78.08), single-season scoring average (77.35) and low 54-hole score (221).

Gervais finished her collegiate career with two tournament victories, earning medalist honors at the Lewis Flyer Invitational in 2022 and the Panther Invitational in 2026. She also recorded three runner-up finishes, including the Panther Invitational in 2024 and the Kentucky Wesleyan Invitational in 2022, as well as three additional top-five finishes. In 2023, Gervais became the first women's golfer in Davenport program history to qualify for the NCAA Division II East Regional, where she finished 11th and narrowly missed advancing to the NCAA Championships after a playoff. During the 2023-24 season, she helped the Panthers to the NCAA Division II Women's Golf Championships for the first time in program history.

During her senior season in 2025-26, Gervais earned Second Team All-GLIAC honors while also being named a College Sports Communicators Academic All-District honoree and a WGCA All-American Scholar. She previously earned Second Team All-GLIAC honors in 2023-24, Honorable Mention All-GLIAC honors in 2022-23 and was named Davenport's Newcomer of the Year following her freshman season. Gervais was also named a WGCA All-American Scholar in 2022-23 and 2025-26 and earned Academic All-District honors in three consecutive seasons from 2023-24 through 2025-26.

Gervais graduated from Davenport in May 2026 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Sports Management and is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration in Business Management. As a former Davenport golfer, she brings four years of experience within the program into her new role as an assistant coach.
