Alli Veneklase was named the Davenport Female Athlete of the Week once again after she was able to earn All-American honors after she finished fourth in the 600 meter race, which also broke the school record, which she set the day before in prelims.
 
Veneklase grabbed her second All-American honors of her career after she was part of the 2014 4x800 meter relay team that finished seventh. She posted a time of 1:33.80, which broke her qualifying time of 1:34.62.
 
Veneklase and the track and field teams will be back in action on March 27th, when they compete at their first outdoor event of the season at the Aquinas Grand Rapids Open.
