Davenport's women's volleyball team stepped out of their normal routine tonight as they traveled to the U.P. for a non-conference battle with Lake Superior State. The NCAA Division II opponent did not welcome the Panthers for very long as they downed DU in three games (30-21, 30-24, 30-23).  

Autumn Williams led the Panthers with 10 kills and Kayla Vandermolen dished out 21 assists. The story of the night was the offense of the Lakers as they posted 49 kills while hitting .345 on the night. They were led by Sophomore Ali Jones who posted 20 kills. DU will now travel to Indiana Tech on Saturday for a WHAC match-up with the Warriors. Game time is set for 1:00 PM.
