ADRIAN, Mich. – After being down by eleven points in the first half, Davenport would battle its way back to take the 82-68 victory over Siena Heights. This marks only the second road win for the Panthers who are now 11-1 overall and 2-1 in WHAC play.

Senior Nathan Cox (Flushing, Mich.) would dominate play for the Panthers in the first half scoring 18 of his game high 28 in the first 20 minutes of play. Cox would get help from teammate JaVontae Ford (Grand Rapids, Mich.) who would add eight points himself and pull down three rebounds to help guide the Panthers to a 43-39 lead at halftime.

Davenport would maintain the lead for the rest of the game scoring 39 points and shooting 61.5% from the field in the second. James Humphrey (Fort Wayne, Ind.) would play solid in the paint for DU chipping in 11 points on the night (7 in the second half) and pulling down 7 rebounds.

Cox (28), Ford (14), and Humphrey (11) would all finish with double digits on the night in route to an 82-68 road victory.
