TAYLOR, Mich. - A strong first period in which the Panthers built a 4-1 lead was more than enough on Saturday afternoon to lift Davenport to an 8-2 win over host Eastern Michigan. The win, which is the sixth in a row for the team, lifts the Panthers to 13-9 overall and 11-1 in GLCHL play. Davenport has won 9 of their last 10 games heading into the semester break.
After scoring three goals in the final 10 minutes of play on Friday night, the hot shooting Panthers continued their offensive assault as

Zack Blumke scored a pair of goals with each coming in the final two periods and the scoring was finished by
Philip Tesoriero and Wendecker. The Panthers outshot the Eagles 44-17.
