Tiesha Stokes was one rebound away from a double-double as she knocked in 14 points to go along with her nine rebounds to lead the second-ranked Davenport women's basketball team to a dominating 88-41 Wolverin-Hoosier Athletic Conference victory over No. 10 Siena Heights in a NAIA Top 25 matchup Wednesday night.

Linnea Brandholm led the Panthers (8-0, 5-0 WHAC) in scoring, as she knocked in 15 points, all coming from beyond the arc. Brandholm was 5-for-7 on her 3-pointers in just 22 minutes of play.

As a team, Davenport shot 50% from three-point range, connecting on 10-20 shots. The Panthers were also 70% from the free-throw line, going 14-20.

The 47-point victory was the largest margin for Davenport on the season, and its 88 points tied a season high.

Although the Panthers held Siena Heights (6-2, 4-1 WHAC) to a 29 shooting percentage, Sierra Calhoun (12) and Morgan Warfield (11) each reached double-digits in scoring.

Senior
Kelly Dineen recorded 10 points of her own for Davenport, setting a season-high throughout the first eight games of the season.
Daina Grazulis also recorded 10 points of her own on the night.

Davenport travels down the road Saturday afternoon as they take on crosstown rival Cornerstone for a 1 p.m. tipoff.Â
