Zach Stienmetz has led the charge for Lourdes with as he averages 18.0 points and 8.8 rebounds per game to lead the team in both categories. Lourdes ranks third in the NAIA in scoring defense as they allow their opponent to score just 58.6 point per game. Last time out, Lourdes was able to defeat Siena Heights on the road, 64-49.
Panthers vs. Gray WolvesThis will be just the tenth all-time meeting between Davenport and Lourdes, as the Panthers have won seven of the first nine meeting. Last season, the Gray Wolves were able to beat the Panthers twice in the WHAC regular season, while the only win for Davenport came at the Saint Xavier Midwest Classic in December last season.
The Last Time against the Gray Wolves In the last meeting between Davenport and Lourdes, the Panthers were able to lead from start to finish as they won their tenth WHAC game of the season over the Gray Wolves. Davenport raced out to 46-18 halftime lead, as they held Lourdes to 23.3 percent shooting from the field. In the first half, Davenport shot a scorching 61.5 percent from the field. Davenport continued to pull away in the half as they outscored Lourdes 33-23 in the second half. The Panthers shot just 44.0 percent from the field in the half to finish the game shooting 52.9 percent from the field.
Kevin Rich led the way for Davenport with 18 points in the game going, 5-for-7 from behind the arc, while
Dominez Burnett chipped in with ten points.
