LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. - The Panthers took on #13 Georgia Gwinnett College Saturday. The Panthers outplayed the Grizzlies as they outshot Georgia Gwinnett 21-to-11 for the match, including 4-to-1 in the two overtime periords.
Jake Love gave the Panthers the lead in the 65th minute as he scored his first of the season to give Davenport the 1-0 advantage. Georgia Gwinnett was able to respond quickly as they tallied the game-tying goal just 1:18 later and the teams remained tied.
