LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. - The Panthers took on #13 Georgia Gwinnett College Saturday. The Panthers outplayed the Grizzlies as they outshot Georgia Gwinnett 21-to-11 for the match, including 4-to-1 in the two overtime periords. Jake Love gave the Panthers the lead in the 65th minute as he scored his first of the season to give Davenport the 1-0 advantage. Georgia Gwinnett was able to respond quickly as they tallied the game-tying goal just 1:18 later and the teams remained tied. 

The Panther defense played stout as they allowed just three shots on goal and goal keeper Aaron Orban tallied two saves, but the Panthers could not regain the lead as they tied with the #13 Grizzlies.
