Box Score ANN ARBOR, Mich. – The fifth-ranked men's soccer team put up a barrage of second half goals in a 5-0 road win at Concordia University on Wednesday. All five Panther goals came in the final 38 minutes of the match as Davenport (10-1-2, 4-0-2 WHAC) tied a season-high for goals and posted their second straight shutout.
The Panthers fired 24 shots on goal and 45 total while the Cardinals managed six shots with four on goal. Marino Moraccini made 19 saves for Concordia in the match.
Brogan Shrimpton,
Stephen Carroll,
Brayden Texer and
Lasse Pico Kjeldsen each had a goal with Carroll netting a pair of goals for the Panthers.
Tyler Collishaw had a career-high three assists with helpers on the Shrimpton (52:16), Carroll (85:28) and Kjeldsen (89:46) goals.
The final two goals came off corner kicks by Collishaw. The Panthers scored three of their goals in the final 5:24 of the match showing their quick strike ability.
Aaron Orban got the shutout in goal with four saves.
