CHICAGO, Ill. – The Panthers suffer a three goal loss while in Chicago, Illinois at Robert Morris. The Eagles of Robert Morris poured in four goals during the second period and created too big of a deficit for the Panthers to overcome during the third period. Davenport stayed in Chicago last night and will get another crack at the Eagles tonight.

HOW IT HAPPENED-Robert Morris got things started quickly during the first period, scoring the opening goal of the game just 42 seconds in. Davenport kept their composure and stayed with the Eagles the whole period, ending the first period tied 2-2.
Sam Basich and
Kody Polin both scored for DU during the period.
-Davenport took the lead just a couple minutes into the second period, this lead wouldn't last long. Robert Morris scored four straight goals over a 15-minute span to take a 6-3 lead going into the final period.
-Neither team was able to score during the last 20 minutes of play as Robert Morris played a more defensive period to hold the lead they possessed.
