HOW IT HAPPENED
Hilgendorf got Davenport on the scoreboard quickly in the first half. She received a ball from Imanie Richards and from the right side of the about 10 yards out she shot the ball past the keeper. This was Hilgendorf's fifth goal and Richards third assist this season. Davenport got another great scoring opportunity in the 21st minute. Ashlyn Skidmore fired a shot and the Pride keeper stopped the shot. Shortly after seconds later Madeleine Zayan recorded a shot on the goal, again the opposing keeper saved the shot.

Davenport started Amy Corcoran, Meg Wisinski, Marissa Woods, Lacey Chanady, Krystina Dunston, Jalen Schoenborn-Kelly, Roheema Bennett, Sabrina Stone, Cynthia Konan, Allison Luurtsema and Taylor Genzink in the second half. The Panthers came out in the second half ripping shot after shot on offense. Bennett hit the crossbar and Stone hit the crossbar before Wisinski got a shot to find the net. Wisinski scored her first goal of the season on an unassisted effort from the left edge of the 18-yard box. The goal gave Davenport a two-goal lead and eventually the victory.
