GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Davenport had an incredible show for their last regular season home game. They broke multiple program records, celebrated their seniors and won conference game number 11 on the year. The Panthers put on a show in front of their friends and family who came to support their seniors in their last guaranteed home game of their career. Davenport celebrated the careers of five seniors prior to the start of the game,

Hanna Bush,
Tara Pluger,
Brooke Knoll and
Samantha Powers.

HOW IT HAPPENED
In the first period Davenport scored two quick goals before giving up a goal to Concordia with 27:26 on the clock. The Panthers responded with 17 un-answered goals throughout the remainder of the period. Seven different players recorded a goal for DU in the first period, including a whopping six from Knoll and seven from Lemcke.
During the second period the Panthers continued to pour in the goals, scoring 13 un-answered goals to create a lead of 31 goals by the time the buzzer sounded. Concordia did not have an answer for the offensive power that Davenport possessed during this game. All four of the seniors who play attack or midfield tallied a goal or an assist during the game.
RECORDS
There was multiple game, season and career records tied or broke during the game.
The team broke the programs record for the most goals scored in a game (32) and the largest margin of victory (31). The previous record for goals scored in a game was 30, scored on 3-26-17 against Madonna University. The record for largest margin of victory was 30 goals, also was set against Madonna on 3-26-17.
Lemcke tied the program record for most goals in a single game (10). She tied her own record of 10 goals which was set against Siena Heights on March, 19 of this season.
Freshman
Ryann Deuel broke the program record for most draw controls won in a single season. She currently sits at 138 for this season and shattered the previous record of 124 set by Lemcke in 2014.
Senior Knoll became the school's all-time points leader after tallying seven goals on the day. She is only the second player in school history to surpass the 300-point milestone and moved past Taylor Balch who scored 301 points in her career. Knoll currently sits at 302 points during her four years at Davenport.
Pluger became the school's all-time assist leading after dishing out nine assists during the game. She has totaled 139 assists for her career and surpassed Balch who tallied 131 assists during her career at DU.
