HILLSDALE, Mich. - The much-anticipated first competition in women's swimming and diving history took place on Saturday (Oct. 6) at Hillsdale College in a dual against the Chargers.
Riley Faulkner had the first individual win for Davenport in the 200-meter freestyle. She touched the wall in 1:58.92 and earned nine points for the team total.
Megan Fraula finished second in the event for DU and earned four points (1:59.15).
Victoria Postmus claimed victory in the 200-yard IM with a time of 2:13.28 to earn nine points. Faulkner took home her second win of the day in the 100-yard freestyle with a time of 55.25. Fraula claimed first in the 500-yard freestyle with a time of 5:23.29.
Rose Ostrowski competed in the 3-meter dive and scored 196.5 points.
