WEST ST. PAUL, Minn. – The Panthers and Golden Bears finally got their game in after heavy snow hit Minnesota over the weekend. The teams competed against each other in the West St. Paul Dome and the Golden Bears got the best of Davenport. Despite being down more than five goals multiple times in the game, the Panthers never gave up. Davenport scored four unanswered goals over the final seven minutes of play.

How It Happened
The Panthers fell behind early after the Golden Bears scored five straight goals to start the game. Davenport battled back throughout the first period and tied the game up 8-8 after
Ryann Deuel scored her 40
th goal of the season. Concordia St. Paul ended the period scoring three of the next four goals to take a 11-9 lead at half.
The Golden Bears built up a big lead throughout the second period. They led by seven with just over 15 minutes to play and then increased that to a nine-goal lead with under eight to play. Davenport never gave up, scoring four unanswered goals in the final seven minutes of play to cut the Golden Bears lead down to five. The goals were scored by
