Women's Volleyball Holds On Against Drury

HAMMOND, Ind. - The Davenport University women's volleyball team opened up play at the 2021 Midwest Region Crossover on Friday and faced Drury of the Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) to start. Despite Davenport taking the first two sets, Drury was able to force a fifth and deciding period, which is where Davenport was able to seal the deal. Next up, Davenport will face Cedarville (10:30 a.m. ET) and Kentucky Wesleyan (5 p.m. ET) on Saturday.

- Davenport's best offensive sets bookended the match with a .333 in the first (14-3-33) and .357 in the fifth (7-2-14).
