The Davenport University men's basketball team has won three of its last four games, five of its last eight and will host crosstown rival, Grand Valley State, on Tuesday for its final home game of the 2021 regular season. The Panthers took the two teams' first meeting of the season, 73-70, in Allendale on Jan. 26 and will host the Lakers for the rematch, a team that like DU, has also won two games in a row.

After Davenport's win in Allendale, Grand Valley State now leads the all-time series by two, 6-4, but it's an even 4-4 since the Panthers joined the GLIAC prior to the 2017-18 season. Tuesday, Davenport will look to snap a two-game home skid to Grand Valley State while all six of the Panthers' losses in the series have come by at least nine points.
