CALEDONIA, Mich. - The men's tennis team was able to get some guys more experience on Tuesday evening in a 5-0 win over visiting NCAA Division III Alma College at the Farmers Insurance Athletic Complex.
The team won two of three doubles matches and earned a point.
Jose Brenes and Frank Piana defeated August Sack and Caleb Schuring at one doubles by a final of 6-0.
Jackson Graham and
Max Dion teamed up at two doubles for a 6-1 win over Thomas Manko and Walker Michaels.
The five and six singles went unfinished as DU secured the fifth point needed for victory. Brenes cruised at one singles to a 6-0, 6-2 win over Schuring. Piana at two singles won 6-0, 6-1 against Sack.
Graham competed at three singles with a 6-1, 6-1 win over Jake Lasceski. Dion at four singles got the win by scores of 6-1, 6-1 against Manko.
