CALEDONIA, Mich. - The women's tennis moved to 13-2 all-time against Cornerstone University with a 5-2 win on Saturday morning at Farmers Insurance Athletic Complex. This was the first dual match of the season for the Panthers after two tournaments in September.

All three doubles matchups were 6-2 wins for the Panthers. Willemien Coetzee and Hermon Mikael teamed up at one doubles. Skye Vandeleur and Amy Bloch were partners at two doubles. Isabella Carofano and Louise Hosking were the duo at three doubles.

Bloch played one singles and won 6-1, 7-5 over Sarah Daza. Vandeleur held down the two spot and lost to Ximena Matamoros in three sets (5-7, 6-4, 7-10). Mikael won her match at four singles by scores of 6-2, 6-4 over Camila Ibarra. Carofano had a win at five singles against Isabella Herrera (6-1, 6-4). Hosking was placed in six singles and won 7-6, 6-1 over Renata Castillo.
