Kalinowski Climbs to No. 10 All-Time in Career Digs Against Rangers

KENOSHA, Wis. - Stephanie Kalinowski moved up to No. 10 all-time in career digs in school history on Friday night, as the graduate now sits at 1,001 digs as a Panther following the 3-1 loss against Parkside.

The Panthers (9-12, 5-5 GLIAC) got out to a quick start in the first set, starting on a 5-0 rally, featuring three kills by Emmy Webb. Following the rally, Webb recorded the following three DU points, and the Panthers held a 8-2 advantage early. After the Rangers (12-9, 6-4 GLIAC) pulled within three points (10-7), Abby Alan recorded her second kill of the match to spur a 5-1 rally. Davenport ended the set on a four-point rally, capped by a Nicole Odeen ace to give DU a 1-0 lead following the 25-20 victory.

Parkside responded, winning the ensuing three sets (29-27, 25-20, 25-12) to defeat Davenport. With the win, the Rangers are now in the midst of their most successful season since 2017, when they went 13-17.

Lindsay Taylor finished the night with 21 kills and 11 digs, marking her third straight match with a double-double and ninth of the season for DU. Emma Turnquist finished with double-digit kills for the sixth time this season, notching 13 for the Panthers. Webb chipped in with seven kills, now sitting with 149 on the season, a career high for the graduate.

Odeen finished the match with 43 assists, seven digs, and two service aces as the primary setter for the Panthers.
