Preview: Panthers Pause GLIAC Play in Tuesday Evening Battle with Kuyper

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. -  The Davenport University men's basketball team is set to play its fourth consecutive home game on Tuesday (Jan. 30) evening, hosting Kuyper College at 7 p.m. at the DU Student Center

The Panthers are coming off a 72-63 victory over GLIAC foe, Purdue Northwest, and are in the midst of a five-game homestand. So far, DU is 2-1 during the home stretch and will close it out on Saturday (Feb. 3) against crosstown rival Grand Valley State at 3 p.m.

Jaden Terrell played his best game of the season last time out, scoring a season-high 17 points while grabbing a career-high 10 rebounds in the victory. Since entering the starting lineup against Michigan Tech (Jan. 6), the 6-7 wing is averaging 7.1 points and 3.3 rebounds per game while shooting 51 percent from the floor.
