Preview: Panthers host Parkside and PNW this weekend, Senior Day on horizon

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - With Senior Day on Oct. 27, Davenport University men's soccer (6-4-4, 3-2-3 GLIAC) looks to create momentum on its home pitch over the next three contests in a push to solidify a bid for the postseason conference tournament.

Week Seven Review
  • DU swept season series (2-0) over St. Cloud State in 1-0 shutout on the road (Oct. 18)
  • 2-0 loss at NMU on Oct. 20 snapped the Panthers' undefeated record (2-0-3) in October
  • Goal Scorers: Valerii Burlacenco
    • First-game winner led to second goal in a DU uniform
  • Beau Hudd recorded seven saves in each match for 14 total
    • Most saves made in a single week this season
With DU having four matches remaining in the regular season, the Panthers are slated for two of their final three home matchups this weekend against Parkside and Purdue Northwest, as both season series sit at 0-0-1.
